Must be able to handle a high call volume, as well as in-store customers. Multi-tasking skills are needed for this position! The candidate must have a bubbly, friendly personality. Customer service skills are also extremely important.
The position is full-time and Saturdays are a must!!! The candidate will receive 1 day off during the week, as well as Sunday. Responsibilities include creating sales and service appointments/opportunities for the dealership through phone, email, and mail interactions, answering all phone calls and making phone calls to schedule appointments, confirming scheduled appointments, and make courtesy follow-up calls. Additional duties include increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty through premium customer experiences, logging all comments into the system accurately, and being able to work on deadline.
