Why Prestige Service - Each time you bring your BMW in for service, you will receive a free car wash and vacuum. Our waiting room features complimentary refreshments, newspapers, and magazines. For your convenience we recommend that you make your reservations from 8:00AM to 12:00PM, or 1:00PM to 4:00PM. BMW North America offers 24-hour roadside assistance. By simply dialing 1-800-332-4269, all BMW vehicles receive a free jumpstart, tire change and fuel assistance for in-warranty vehicles (other services will be explained in your Service Manual). There is a convenient 24-hour drop box at the south entrance of our service department. Special arrangements can be made to pick up your BMW after hours.
