For BMW customers outside of the U.S. - International Customers:
All BMW vehicles come with BMW Maintenance and Warranty standard for 4 years or 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first. Roadside Assistance™ comes standard for 4 years/unlimited miles. BMW Assist™ Safety Plan comes standard for 4 years on every 2007 and later M5, M6, 5, 6 and 7 Series, and on every 2010 and later X5 M, X6 M and ActiveHybrid X6. On all other BMW models it is included with the Premium Package or available as an option. TeleService is available on all models with BMW Assist™ except for the X3. BMW Ultimate Service® coverage applies only to U.S.-specification BMWs imported and distributed by BMW of North America and sold or leased to U.S. or P.R. residents through authorized BMW centers or its European Delivery program. Vehicles purchased or leased from BMW centers in any other country do not qualify for BMW Ultimate Service.®
The BMW Maintenance Program covers all factory-recommended maintenance on all new BMW vehicles, as determined by the Service Interval Indicator, for 4 years/unlimited miles. Exclusions from coverage: gasoline, gasoline additives, windshield washer fluid and additives, tires, wheels, wheel alignment and tire balancing. All work must be performed by an authorized BMW center. See the Service and Warranty Information booklet for more specific terms, conditions and limitations. In order to receive BMW Assist™ services, a subscriber agreement must be completed and transferred to the BMW Assist™ Response Center. GPS and underlying wireless services must be available and functioning; vehicle ignition must be turned on (except for Door Unlock and Stolen Vehicle Recovery), battery charged and connected and vehicle's electrical system operational; services may be limited to certain geographic areas.
